The Stand
This refreshing idea was the result of a project from Rocket Club, an after school program that teaches robotics, coding, and entrepreneurship to children ages 7 to 14. The idea is to teach kids about how to create a successful business from scratch. They had to research competitors, develop a business model, create the product itself, and build the devices that stir the lemonade, dispense it, and move each cup across the table to the customers.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that they built it mostly out of Legos. Which has to be my favorite part of the whole project. As a kid, I built a lot of stuff out of Legos but none of it was ever this useful.
